Have you ever looked at your portfolio and thought:
"I think I'm improving... but am I actually showing the right work?"
"Should I keep these pieces?"
"Why does it feel like everyone else has this figured out except me?"
I've been there.
One of the most frustrating things about becoming an illustrator isn't learning how to draw. It's learning how to step back and see your own work objectively.
What Happens During The Review?
This isn't a quick glance at your work followed by a few generic comments.
This is a dedicated 45-minute one-on-one portfolio review call where we'll sit down together and take a close look at your work, your goals, and where you're trying to go as an illustrator.
We'll talk through your portfolio piece by piece and identify what's working, what could become stronger, and where opportunities for growth exist.
During our review I may cover areas like:
✓ Overall portfolio strengths and weaknesses
✓ Style consistency and visual identity
✓ Character design and storytelling
✓ Composition and visual appeal
✓ Portfolio presentation and organization
✓ Pieces that may be helping—or hurting—your portfolio
✓ Suggestions for future projects
✓ Questions you have about your work or direction
My goal isn't to overwhelm you with criticism.
My goal is clarity.
I've seen many artists get trapped in a cycle of guessing. They keep creating without really knowing whether they're improving in the right areas.
They become stuck between too many ideas, too many influences, and too many opinions.
If you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or simply want experienced eyes on your work, I'd love to help you gain more clarity and confidence in the direction you're heading.
Let's build a stronger portfolio—and a clearer path forward.
