At Matthew R. Paden, every illustration, design, or product we create is made with care and attention to detail.
This Shipping & Return Policy explains how we handle the delivery of digital and physical items, as well as our policies on returns and revisions.
1. Shipping Policy
Digital Deliveries
Most of our products and services are digital (such as illustrations, mascot designs, or logo files).

Final files are delivered via email or secure download link once the project is complete and final payment has been received.

You’ll receive your files in the formats agreed upon in your project contract or quote (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, or vector formats).

Digital deliveries do not incur shipping charges.
Physical Products (if applicable)
For prints, merchandise, or other physical goods:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase or approval.

Shipping times vary by location and carrier (typically 5–10 business days for domestic orders).

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International shipping may require additional time and customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
2. Return Policy
Custom Design Projects
Because illustration and design work are custom and creative in nature, all sales are final once work has begun.
We do not offer refunds on:

Completed illustrations or design services

Concept or sketch stages once work is underway
However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide reasonable revisions within the scope of the project to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before work has started or before a physical product ships. Once a project is in progress or an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.
4. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your physical order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
